Artwork and Design
Fees for custom 3D artwork creation are determined based on the level of detail and complexity involved in the design process.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to additional charges such as customs duties, import taxes, and related fees. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Pricing
Our pricing is based on standard engraving times applicable to most designs. More intricate or complex designs may result in additional charges. All personalization and customization costs will be clearly outlined in your quote. Packaging and handling fees are calculated per carton and included in the final quotation.
Inventory Availability
While we make every effort to keep all items in stock, availability cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for items that may be out of stock. Order quantities may be adjusted prior to production; however, any changes must be submitted in writing and confirmed by The 3D Memory before they become valid.
Rush Orders
Expedited or rush orders may incur additional fees depending on the urgency and production requirements.
Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required before production begins on any order.
Production Timeline
Standard production time is typically two to three business days following final artwork approval. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of ordering and may vary based on order size and inventory levels.
Packaging
Each crystal product is packaged in an individual gift box with a black satin interior lining. All items are also individually protected with sleeves to ensure safe handling.
Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are not included in the product prices listed on our website and will be calculated separately. Orders are shipped via ground service unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.
If a specific delivery date requires expedited shipping (such as air freight), the customer must notify us in writing at the time of order placement. The 3D Memory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Parcel Shipments
To ensure safe delivery, additional packaging may be required for shipments handled by carriers such as UPS or USPS. Applicable freight and packaging charges will be added to the order.
Carrier Services
We primarily ship via UPS and USPS Ground services. Alternative shipping options may be arranged upon request. Any special carrier arrangements, including pickups, will be billed to the customer. The customer assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, or service failures related to third-party carriers.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.
Product Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. Any defects in materials or workmanship will be corrected at no additional cost.
