Refund and Returns Policy

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, you are responsible for any costs incurred up to the time the cancellation request is received. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. A cancellation will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed in writing by The 3D Memory via email.

Order Modifications

Any changes to text, design, or personalization details may result in additional charges. All personalization information must be provided in a compatible text document format.

Order quantities may be reduced at any point before production. However, all changes must be requested in writing and will only take effect once confirmed by The 3D Memory.

Damaged or Broken Items

All products are securely packaged before shipment to minimize the risk of damage. If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item.

Customers are required to retain all original packaging materials, including the box and protective wrapping, as they may be needed for a claim with the shipping carrier. The carrier may also request to inspect the package and its contents at the delivery location.

In some cases, the 3D Memory may request that the damaged item be returned for inspection. If this is required, we will cover the associated shipping costs.

If the damage is confirmed, we will replace the item with an identical product at no additional cost, including shipping. Please note that replacements will be exact duplicates, and no modifications can be made to the original order.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of engraved products, all sales are final. Custom items are not eligible for return or refund.
